Sardines without SALT , olive oil

Tinned sardines of olive oil with content reduced sodium. The receipt of traditional manufacture is carried out without any presence of salt: no salting on table, not of pickling, oils crackling of the first bath (first use). The sodium content (analyzes in laboratory) is of 67mg/100g (the standard is < 120 ).
