The last cannery of the Quiberon Port. "La Quiberonnaise" is the queen of canned sardines. Here sardines have been made in the same way since 1921: in Olive or Peanut oil, with herbs, lemon or white wine, and more. White albacore tuna, natural or in oil, fish soup, cream pastes to be served with aperitifs and mackerel filets in white wine complete the product range of this 92-year-old cannery.
